We're hiring.
A small Miami studio building Shopify apps for high-volume merchants. We hire people who care about the craft and the customer in roughly equal measure, and we keep the team small enough that any single person feels their work change the product.
How we work
Async by default. Documents over meetings. Ship something to a real merchant on day one if you can. We use the same apps we sell, so support tickets and bug reports flow back to whoever shipped the feature without a routing layer in between. The studio is small enough that ownership is unambiguous and the product moves on a weekly cadence rather than a quarterly one.
One open role
What we don't do
- We don't run quarterly offsites in Park City.
- We don't have a kombucha tap, a foosball table, or a meditation room.
- We don't offer 'unlimited PTO' that nobody actually takes.
- We don't run 5-round interviews. Two short calls and a paid trial. Decision in a week.
- We don't pretend the studio is bigger than it is. Five people, one product surface, no middle management.
